Documents Required for Reporting

The candidates have to report to the Institute for admission with following original documents for verification & their photo-copies.

i) Any one ID proof
(Voter ID / Driving License / PAN card / AADHAR Card / Bank Passbook)
ii) 10th Marksheet (Original) with two set of xerox copy
iii) 12th Marksheet (Original) with two set of xerox copy

iv) Graduation markshheet (Original) with two set of xerox copy

v) JEE Mains Score Card (if appeared)
vi) TC (Original) with two set of xerox copy
vii) Migration (Original) with two set of xerox copy
viii) Two recent colored passport size Photographs

ix) Samagra ID

x) Aadhar Card

xi) Caste Certificate (if applicable)

xii) Domicile Certificate

xiii) Income Certificate (if applicable)

Fees required at the time of reporting:

The Candidate will be guided by the Counselling team to complete the admission formalities.

After Completion of the admission formalities, the student should collect the fees receipt and the Admission Slip.

Course-wise Eligibility

• Diploma :- On the merit of PPT / Merit of 10^th
• B.Tech.:- On the merit of JEE (Mains) / Merit of 10 + 2 (PCM)
• M.Tech.:- On the merit of B. E. / B. Tech. With/without GATE
• D.Pharm.:- On the merit of 10 + 2 (PCB)
• B.Pharm.:- On the merit of 10 + 2 (PCB)
• M. Pharm.:- On the merit of B. Pharm.
• B.Sc.:- On the merit of 10 + 2 (PCM)
• B.Com.:- On the merit of 10 + 2 (Commerce / Science)
• BBA:- On the merit of 10 + 2
• BCA On the merit of 10 + 2 (Mathematics/Business Mathematics or Statistics in 10 +2)

• D-Ed: - 10+2 with minimum 50% marks
• B-Ed: -   Graduation with 50% marks (45 per cent marks in case of SC/ST       candidates)
• M-Ed: -   B. Ed. with at least 50% marks from recognized institution.
• B.Sc Nursing:- On the merit of 10+2 (PCB)
• ITI: - On the merit of 10^th (10+2 education system with Mathematics and   Science)  
  

ADMISSION PROCEDURE

DIPLOMA: - 10^th pass with 35% marks in Physics, Chemistry & Maths as a main subject or on the basis PPT marks. (Counseling will be conducted by D.T.E., Govt. of M.P. through MP Online)

B-TECH: -          (10+2) pass in Science with 45% marks (40% in case of SC/ST/OBC) in  Physics & Maths as a main subject and Chem./Biotech/Biology as an optional subject and/or on the basis PEPT marks. (Counseling will be conducted by D.T.E., Govt. of M.P. through MP Online)

B-TECH. (LET) Direct admission in 3rd semester    A degree programme in   Engineering at the second year (third semester) level, a Candidate must have passed the Diploma examination in appropriate branch of Engineering/Technology from an Institution recognized by AICTE as per Annexure-1 with minimum marks of 45%; OR must have passed B.Sc. Degree examination from an university recognized by the university grants commission with a minimum 45% marks  and have passed 12th examination with mathematics.

M.Tech :- B.E./ B.Tech / MCA with Minimum 50% marks (45% in case of SC/ST/OBC). Valid GATE score card is desirable. (Counseling conducted by D.T.E., Govt. of M.P. through MP Online)

D- PHARMA / B-PHARMA: - 10+2) pass in Science with 45% marks (40% in case of    SC/ST/OBC) in Physics, Chemistry as a main subject and Maths or Biology as optional subjects. (Counseling will be conducted by D.T.E., Govt. of M.P. through MP Online)

M-PHARMA :-  Graduate in Pharmacy with at least 55% marks( 50% SC/ST/OBC ) Bachelors degree be of minimum of four years duration should have been obtained from any AICTE approved institution or Indian University.

MBA.Minimum 3-year duration graduation degree in any discipline with minimum 50% marks (45% in case of SC/ST/OBC) and/or on the basis of Counseling conducted by D.T.E., Govt. of M.P. through MP Online.
