Bhopal, September 26, 2025 – The four Pharmacy Colleges of the Millennium Group of Institutions (MGI) turned World Pharmacist Day into a week-long festival of learning, creativity, and community service. From September 22 to 25, the campus buzzed with energy as students came together to honor the pharmacy profession while enjoying a packed schedule of activities that blended knowledge with fun.
The celebration began with high-energy sports activities like chess, carrom, table tennis, and physical challenges (skip, push-ups, squats, planks), setting a lively and competitive tone. The excitement carried into fun games such as spoon race, treasure hunt, dumb charades, needle-thread challenge, and rangoli making. Laughter, cheering, and teamwork filled the atmosphere as students bonded outside classrooms.
On September 24, the focus shifted to social responsibility, with students organizing a health check-up camp and an awareness rally. The nukkad natak (street play) drew crowds while spreading strong messages about health and the vital role of pharmacists in society.
The final day brought a burst of creativity through cultural performances—classical and modern dances, soulful singing, and thought-provoking debates. Students also put their minds to the test with quiz competitions and poster presentations, proving that the celebration was as much about learning as it was about enjoyment.
The diverse schedule ensured that every student found a way to participate, whether on the sports field, the stage, or in academic competitions. Their enthusiasm turned the week into a vibrant celebration of both professional pride and youthful energy.
By the end of the celebration, MGI had not only honored World Pharmacist Day but also strengthened its mission of preparing students who are skilled, creative, and socially responsible.
