A virtual campus recruitment drive by Delphi–TVS Technologies was successfully conducted for the students of Millennium Group of Institutions (MGI), providing an excellent platform for aspiring engineering graduates and diploma students to explore career opportunities with a leading organization in the automotive and technology sector.

The virtual recruitment drive witnessed an enthusiastic participation of more than 100 students from B.Tech. and Diploma programmes, particularly from the Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics and related engineering disciplines. The overwhelming participation reflected the students’ keen interest in exploring industry-oriented career opportunities and gaining exposure to the professional work environment.

During the session, Mr. Sanjeev, Head – Human Resources, Delphi–TVS Technologies, addressed the participating students and delivered a detailed presentation about the organization. He provided valuable insights into the company’s business operations, work culture, career opportunities, recruitment process and expectations from young engineering professionals.

Following the virtual campus recruitment process, the shortlisted candidates will undergo the final round of interviews with the recruitment team of Delphi–TVS Technologies. Candidates who successfully clear the final selection process will be issued offer letters by the company.

The selected students are expected to join Delphi–TVS Technologies from 1st September 2026, marking an important beginning to their professional careers.
